Amplify needed a fully integrated platform to simplify business management for merchants and cashiers, ensuring seamless transactions, secure API integration, and real-time analytics. The solution had to improve transaction speed, reduce errors, and provide a user-friendly experience for both business owners and customers, all while maintaining high levels of security and control.

The project was focused on creating a comprehensive platform for seamless business management, incorporating an admin panel, a merchant dashboard, and integrated applications for cashiers and end-users. The objective was to streamline business transactions, provide detailed analytics, and introduce user-friendly payment features such as QR codes and gift card processing. The platform included an Admin Panel designed to oversee businesses and efficiently manage E-Transfers. A Merchant Dashboard was developed with functionalities to display business analytics, manage offers and profiles, facilitate transactions between merchants and cashiers, and customize account settings for better control. The Cashier and User Applications were integrated to allow users to display QR codes or gift cards for payments while enabling cashiers to process and track transactions seamlessly.

Secure API integration and optimized workflows ensured smooth communication between the panels and the applications. The project achieved remarkable success by delivering a robust, user-centric platform that enhanced business management and improved the overall user experience. Real-time QR and gift card transaction features significantly reduced errors and increased transaction speed, garnering positive feedback from stakeholders and end-users alike.
